I really think the Geno Smith, Sam Darnold, and Daniel Jones career arcs are gonna change the NFL as we know it
Geno bouncing back in Seattle was a cool story but felt like a one-off. Then Darnold did it in Minnesota. Now Darnold is continuing it in Seattle and DANIEL JONES is playing lights out for arguably the best team in the NFL
We've always known that situation matters for QBs, but I don't think people realized it mattered *this* much. That it can take you from a literal joke to an MVP candidate. You have to wonder if we had these success stories sooner, if other flameout QBs would've gotten more chances and bounced back similarly
Gonna be fascinating to see how this affects QB contracts and team construction going forward
