The definitive voice of U.S. cattle & beef producers since 1898. Fighting to keep our industry profitable, sustainable, and strong for generations to come.

Denver, CO and Washington, DC
.@realDonaldTrump @WhiteHouse Cattlemen and women cannot stand behind President Trump while he undercuts the future of family farmers and ranchers by importing Argentinian beef. It is imperative that @POTUS and @SecRollins let cattle markets work without interference. If the administration is truly an ally of America’s cattle producers, we call on him to abandon this effort to manipulate markets and focus instead on completing the promised New World Screwworm facility in Texas; make additional investments that protect the domestic cattle herd from foreign animal diseases such as FMD; and address regulatory burdens, such as delisting of the gray wolf and addressing the scourge of black vultures.

"My four-year old and my four-month old boys are there this morning and I’m hoping that one day we can pass on this ranch to them and hope that you would be able to pass the One Big Beautiful Bill—get those tax repeals going to just save farms and ranches across the United States.” Listen to @MoCattle President and rancher Jeff Reed share why passing #OBBB is so important to his family!

.@realDonaldTrump @POTUS @WhiteHouse The reality is that ranchers’ success is driven by their own hard work. America’s cattlemen and women operate in one of the most competitive marketplaces in the world. U.S. cattle producers are proud to provide the safest, highest-quality beef on earth. We simply ask that the government not undercut them by importing more Argentinian beef in order to manipulate prices.

If New World screwworm reaches the United States, it would be a tremendous threat to both human and livestock health. NCBA has urged authorities in Mexico to take action but so far they have failed to stop the spread of this invasive pest. Closing the border protects the American cattle industry while we continue working to push this pest further away from our border. Thank you @SecRollins for protecting U.S. agriculture! 🇺🇸

Thank you @SecRollins for standing with American cattle producers and continuing to protect family farms from New World screwworm by building a sterile fly facility at Moore Air Base near Mission, Texas. Moore Air Base was previously part of our nation’s screwworm eradication effort in the 1960s and now this base will be the cornerstone of our renewed fight against this parasite!

We couldn’t have said it better ourselves @Kat_Cammack!
The #SCOTUS decision today on #WOTUS is not only a major win for our nation’s farmers and ranchers, it is a win for representative government. For too long executive branch bureaucrats have conducted themselves as quasi-lawmakers—writing and rewriting rules and regulations affecting huge sections of the economy. Our Founders would be appalled. I’m excited that SCOTUS is moving in a direction to rein in executive agencies like the #EPA, and reinvigorate legislative prerogatives. Still, it is up to Members of #Congress to stand up for the authorities granted by the #Constitution and guard those powers in the face of an increasingly out-of-touch executive branch.
