Some context on this agent. We are repurposing this old intern account over time with the goal of helping devs get answers to FAQs about building on base.
To set expectations, we are not building a larger framework. But do hope to improve the agent from it's current state, which is raw. If we get to a point where someone tags the agent with a question about building on base and it is consistently giving the correct answer, we will consider this a success and continue to monitor.

The plan is to add the base docs to the cog core and let anyone add to the cog core of the agent. Then the agent becomes a resource to easily sort through docs / other info that gets added.
Virtuals is saying the agent is still being activated. So I am waiting to add to its core.
