In rare cases they will offer a kid they don’t need but because the kid demonstrates skills they desire the offer is extended. Also, some of you players, coaches, and parents only want certain schools to offer your player/child. Some want their kids to only attend a school no further than 5 hours away. Let’s focus on the important things, which is getting them a close to paid in full education while playing hoops.
