I think that any aspiring coach should start @ DII, DIII, or JUCO level: learn to handle multiple responsibilities (many they won’t want to do), work w limited resources, & hone craft identifying & developing SAs.
Weeds out those not willing to grind, while developing skills.

Let's talk about job 1st-year Head Coach @YolettMcCuin did this year - took over program that lost 1/2 it's roster from a 1 win SEC team. She pieced roster together & led @OleMissWBB to 3 SEC wins, while earning 12 seed in SEC Tourny (not 14th as most expected). Future is bright!
Rebels show a lot of fight in the 2nd Half, but their season comes to a close after a 64-57 loss to Florida in the First Round of the SEC Tournament.
