Some people are confused by NEAR. They see price go up, but not sure where value comes from.
'NEAR is doing too much: is it DA, Chain Abstraction, AI, a regular L1, what exactly....?'
Think of a Skyscraper - huge building w. carpark, luxury retail, a food court, cinema, hotel, conference rooms, offices, and even some residential apartments. Where does the value come from?
Each one of those line of businesses would have its own unit economics, but the point is: the building itself is capable of supporting it all. The sky is the limit, literally. What are you going to build?
