In the center of the GameChangers scene. There's a wound that wont heal (besides lack of promotion, official streams etc). And thats how entitled, immature unsportmanlike and toxic people are. Players refuse to stick together after 1 split. Plain out play well one split think they have the right to trash down their own teammates behind their backs. Refuse to step outside their comfortzone and actually improve and instead give some sort of "Actuawy actuawy we need to be different" typo idiocy. If people want the Game Changers scene to ever improve then there needs to be fkn dicipline, dedication, people need to behave like they have actual standards to go after. Not spew shit behind others backs. Out of like the fifty people ive spoken to whom said "i play well i should be on a payed roster" i can count on my right hand the amount of people that ACTUALLY has a chance to be considered for it. So mamy people in this scene are so immature and non flexible and entitled. Being on a team is not a right. Its a reward for hard work. Stop praying on others downfall behind their backs. You wanna talk shit or pray on someones downfall? Then stop being weener and say it to their faces.
Also shit like "Its not my team anyways" when you sub and lose is fkn dumb as fuck and show that you shouldnt be on any team bcs you dont understand that you win as five and lose as five. Be happy a team came to you amd said "oh hey do you want to sub?" Instead of being a piece of shit after a loss.

The GC scene is heavily underdeveloped when it comes to the players themselves. Half of the scene wants to play with their friends and have a good time the other half actually grinds and puts in the work and wants to win and then they are mixed together screwing both parties 1/2

There is a massive role issue in EMEA GC. There are good amounts of duelist players. The Sentinel role is overflowing with strong players. Recon initiator is good off aswell. Flash ini and flex players.... mythological almost. How come the flex and flash role is 1/2

Im generellen möchten wir aber nochmals darauf hinweisen, dass das Wohl unserer Spielenden vor geht. ☝️🏼
ALT Das Spiel zwischen Sanrio Fighters gegen Winx wurde bei einem Stand von 1:1, noch vor dem Start der 3. Map durch uns als Tournament Organizer abgebrochen. Grund dafür war eine Meldung seitens Winx, dass eine Spielerin starke gesundheitliche Beschwerden hat, wodurch es bereits zu Verzögerungen gekommen war. Da sich die Spielerin dazu entschieden hatte trotz ihrer Beschwerden zu spielen, hat uns das als Tournament Organizer dazu veranlasst das Match zu Unterbrechen. Da sich der Vorfall, durch Verzögerungen im vorherigen Verlauf des Spieltags, bereits nach 0 Uhr ereignet hat, wurde generell überlegt, die 3. Map an einem anderen Tag auszuspielen. Beide Teams wurden darüber informiert. Für die Terminfindung gilt lediglich die Vorgabe, dass die genannte Map vor Ende von Stage 1 gespielt werden muss.

We believe it is our responsibility to take a stand and have already drawn the necessary consequences and removed the player in question from the active squad and benched her.
Even if she herself was not the one who made these completely unacceptable comments, she unfortunately failed to distance herself from them in a sincere and credible manner.
From our point of view, it is important to take a clear stance in such situations and clearly stand up for the fact that certain human values are not negotiable.
Especially we in the VALORANT scene, after all that has already happened, should take this issue much more seriously and show more empathy.
This has not happened here and is therefore not in line with our values.
We hope that everyone involved will take a moment to reflect on their behaviour and hopefully learn from it.
We will remain in close dialogue with the player in question and support her in this reflection as far as we can.
