Hardcore is currently experiencing one of its biggest booms in the history of the genre as a whole. It’s great for bands to make money and the shows are packed.
That being said, the boom has greatly hurt the ethics and integrity of the genre and I believe it will look alien soon

I work at a college as a janitor, even though I feel I’m smarter than most people that go there. Sometimes I see an equation on a blackboard, like half an equation, and I’ll just figure it out. Anyway, my best friend is Ben Affleck.
I went to a show at blackwater in 2016 & the singer of one band was moshing to another band & almost hit me. He was scary!!! Months later I slid into his DM’s to tell him happy bday.
