Memos and batch payments, critical features for payment use cases is now available on testnet

A transaction hash is not enough for serious financial workflows. If you’re moving money onchain, you need context: Who was paid? What invoice was settled? Which account does this map to? What batch, payout, or customer does this belong to? That’s why transaction memos on @arc matter. They let developers attach structured context to contract calls without needing to redesign existing contracts.
