Just had a mental breakdown at the airport 😭
Got denied boarding to the US because my VISA got cancelled when I renewed my passport (?? no one told me??)
I started to cry like a baby😀but THANKFULLY, and after some more crying and 1h later the airline saved me and rebooked me for tomorrow (I think they felt bad for me)
I’ll make ESL Impact qualifier, just jetlagged AF.

Social media is built to make you insecure and to compare yourself to others. Everyone is beautiful in their own way, no one is living the “perfect life” with perfect makeup, clothes and lifestyle even though it might look like that in media.

This LAN was such an unforgettable experience. Playing against top teams and sitting beside legends I grew up watching felt like a dream. We didn’t get the win, but I know 15-year-old me would be proud.

ESL is putting us in an impossible spot. Our ESL Impact match which has been the same day & time for 8 seasons just got moved last minute without even asking us to fit in an ECL match.
The problem? They scheduled two of their own leagues to overlap. Instead of letting us choose, they moved Impact to a time that some of us are unable to make.
Impact is the biggest women’s CS league and it’s the one we care about most. We play ECL for the experience but everyone knows that impact is our biggest priority.
Now, hours before the match, we’re being forced to either forfeit or find an emergency sub vs one of the best teams in the tournament. This is arguably our most important games of the season since only the top 2 teams qualify for LAN. Multiple members of the team already altered their work schedules to accommodate the original time and now are left scrambling last minute to try to make arrangements.
We contacted ESL admin in order to find the best solution for everyone however they showed no interest in working with us.
We’re not a salaried team. We put all of our free time into CS because we love it. We balance jobs and life around it not to mention I moved across the world to play for @GhostEsports IN Impact. For ESL to punish us for their own scheduling conflict is unfair and disrespectful to our time.
@ESLCS @ESLImpact please respect the players and the women’s scene. Let teams decide which match to prioritize, don’t force us into forfeits because of your own scheduling mistakes.
