Come to Corpus Christi. All the guys down her play hard for their High Schools. High school baseball and the team is much more important here than most places in the state. These guys play for each other every Friday and Tuesday
There are programs that DO teach winning baseball, no question about that....however, the emphasis on TEAM PRACTICE, has lessened each year..amateur players need team practice as often or more so than they need games, IMO.

Once the playoffs begin only 1 team will win their last game. Only 1. Ive been fortunate enough to be on one of those teams. Our guys this year we’re unreal. Only 3 full time starters returned from last year. They played all 42 almost every night. Today they laid it all

Being apart of a team & having to rely on every piece of that team is the greatest part of coaching. When u see kids truly pulling 4 each other in the heat of battle & everyone wanting the same goal is truly an amazing moment. All 28 players wanting the same thing is beautiful
