i won’t lie it was mainly due to my chronic illness but before it got bad i did go to the gym once a day for an hour or more and walked a lot, i can’t say my food habits were healthy because they weren’t it was a bad time for my health but i have worked on that and my relationship with food is much better now (i still eat a shit ton of ‘junk’ though)
