I've tried to work with their support to get a particularly bad scam taken down but they are siding with the scammers.

In order to join that server, a bot asks you to "verify" and sends a QR code.
Discord then prompts you to scan the code to login. Which in turn gives a 3rd party access to your account.
THANKFULLY I used a throwaway account on an emulator... but that was a close call.
