Happy birthday to 1996 #Indy500 winner Buddy Lazier. The Coloradoan showed incredible grit, winning @IMS with a healing broken back and lots of pain. From 1996-2005, he earned five top-10 finishes - incredible consistency with Hemelgarn Racing, and, in 2005, Panther Racing.
109 years ago today four men filed the papers to incorporate 328 acres of farmland into one of the most magical places on earth. Happy Birthday @IMS, and welcome to Founder's Day!
Onboard with Hinch in “Calhoun”, Parnelli’s 1963 Indy 500 winning roadster, and 150 mph barrier breaker (1962). Hinch and @MarioAndretti in the Cummins 1952 pole sitting car went for a nice weekend drive qualifying in May!
Hey @Hinchtown where’s that selfie video? 😂
We're extremely sad over the sudden passing of five-time #Indy500 starter John Martin, who died Wednesday at age 80. He was a gentleman, gifted engine man, @IndyCar team owner, vintage racer/restorer, loved @IMS and we loved him back. Here's a tribute for John, at work.
It's your 30th birthday, @robertwickens! What a great day to celebrate, because your example of spirit and determination makes all of us better. Can't wait to see this #Indy500 quals scene @IMS again, soon. Happy birthday! | @IndyCar@SPMIndyCar

We love October testing at @IMS. The facility is quiet; you really hear the machines echoing thru the main straight “canyon” of grandstands with a crescendo entering #Turn1. It’s a sound & feel that will never - never ever ever - get old. | @IndyCar@Team_Penske @FollowAndretti
