Showing SCOTUS Election Day is singular.
Doc
Last week, the Supreme Court correctly ruled that temporary means temporary. Today, they ruled that Election Day does not mean Election Day. This inconsistency only heightens the urgency of passing the SAVE America Act. “Postmarked by Election Day” offers no real guarantee of legitimacy. In California, voters can simply self-attest that they completed their ballot before Election Day—even without a postmark—and it can still be counted.

USPS doesn’t postmark all ballots. More purposeful confusion and delay to reign.
BREAKING: The Supreme Court rejects a Republican-led challenge to counting some mail-in ballots that arrive after Election Day. In a 5-4 decision, the Court ruled that states can continue counting ballots received after Election Day if state law allows it and the ballots meet requirements, including being postmarked on time. Justice Amy Coney Barrett wrote the majority opinion, joined by Chief Justice Roberts and the Court's three liberal justices. Justice Samuel Alito dissented, calling the ruling inconsistent with federal election law and "two centuries of historical practice." | @ShannonBream @AmericaNewsroom

The Supreme Court's 5-4 decision on the Federal Reserve is riveting. What a weird coalition in the majority: Roberts, Sotomayor, Kagan, Kavanaugh, and Jackson. We might just call them the establishment. Dissenting (with rousing opinions) are Thomas, Alito, Gorsuch, and Barrett. We might call them the independent minds. The majority cites a long tradition of independence to which they believe we should defer (so much for Jackson's wildly woke leftism). The dissenters cite...the Constitution! From today's ruling: "What matters is that the Federal Reserve remains 'consistent with the principles that underpin' the First and Second Banks" - this would've been SHOCKING to say in 1913 since America was PROMISED that the Fed wouldn't be a central bank like the previous two:

Good riddance to @Keir_Starmer But @andyburnham will be even worse. Socialists are dedicated to destroying Britain.
Keir Starmer, arguably the worst Prime Minister in UK history, has resigned. Unfortunately, the socialist policies of the Labour Party will continue. @NileGardiner
