This is a giant leap from what @helenlewis actually wrote, and you’re taking it a direction that doesn’t exist in the article, twisting her story to mount an attack on her based on bias & invention. Journalists should hold themselves to higher standards; this is just malicious.

Insightful reporting and analysis of the latest cycle in the M23 rebellion in eastern Congo. Whilst on some levels it takes me back ten years, covering the same hills, there are new factors at play, and new stakes, excellently elucidated by @Melaniegouby
I went back through my old 2012-2013 contact book and travelled to Bunagana to meet the «new» #M23 to report on the rebellion’s comeback for @ForeignPolicy Geopolitics and men: a look at what’s brought back war to the region #DRC #Rwanda foreignpolicy.com/2022/07/04…

My latest collaboration with the NY Times, on the impacts of #Brexit on the Holyhead–Dublin ferry route — at the UK's second busiest roll-on roll-off port.
After Brexit, truckers taking goods to the EU now need to plough through mountains of paperwork before getting on ferries. “It’s a nightmare,” says one. nyti.ms/2M5PysM

Such a good way to celebrate #printphotography, raise money for good causes (and give something back), and develop a stronger community — particularly with the accessibility of it. Come Sept 1st, I'll be taking part.
#PhotoPrintDay These are the very simple rules to join in with a collective, global day of giving to charity & community organisations, of raising awareness & also celebrating ❤️prints, be they a photocopy or archive!. Sharing this message & invitation truly helps 🙏 Thank you

Beautiful though haunting work here. Having just read @BenRawlence's The Treeline, this work adds a new dimension to the effect of #climatechange on the Arctic tundra.
In this photo essay, photographer @KiliiiYuyan visits Utqiagvik and Kotzebue in Alaska, where he witnesses how climate change is remaking the Arctic tundra and shaping the future of wilderness. Beyond the Horizon, by Kiliii Yüyan. emergencemagazine.org/galler…

Totally. (And excuse the typo, fainted = daunted.) Either way, it’s a great initiative to not only raise money for causes but also make ownership of prints available to all. Props to you for the idea and making it happen.

It’s amazing how bad it’s got. I had a print go missing for weeks, en-route to Germany, last year. A print I sent to the US (as part of #photoprintday, as it happens) made it in a week, though.
