These tests are important to ensure everyone in the UK is familiar with the system so that when it is needed, it can effectively protect people and properties during life-threatening events. Latest update: Following a further fix overnight to a technical fault impacting voice calls on our network, we’ve been monitoring the situation throughout the day and services have been running as normal.
